The water filling station with pH+ technology which produces deionised water in compliance VDI 2035, SWKI BT 102-01 & ÖNORM H5195-1.
The CLARIMAX 1200 DM pH+ water filling station ensures systems remain protected and that the parameters set within the German VDI 2035, Swiss SWKI BT 102-01 & Austrian ÖNORM H5195-1 standards are all achieved at point of fill, leaving the system protected against corrosion and the build-up of scale from day one.
As corrosion starts as soon as oxygenated water enters the system it is vital that Initial fill water is correct from the outset.
Thanks to our special blend of Ion exchange resin The CLARIMAX 1200 DM pH+ produces water with a low electrical conductivity in the range of 0.1 – 100 μS / cm and a total hardness of <0.01 ° dH.
As a special advantage, the filter media composition in the CLARIMAX balances the pH value of the heating water to a level of ~8.2 – 8.5 already in the filling water of the heating system.
The combination of low electrical conductivity and pH setting features ensures system performances remain as designed, efficiencies remain high, carbon out put is not increased and warranties remain intact.
The CLARIMAX 1200 DM pH+ is particularly user-friendly thanks to the replacement cartridge system. The time-consuming resin change, as usual with conventional ion exchange is eliminated because the cartridges can be changed in no time at all.
Highly accurate capacity monitoring
The CLARIMAX 1200 DM pH+ filter head includes conductivity and capacity monitoring system.
Most comparable systems do not provide accurate measuring capabilities with the Clarimax giving accurate readings.
External measuring devices are not needed.
Highly quality ion exchange resin
CLARIMAX 1200 DM pH + contains a special blend of high quality ion exchange resins. In addition to an excellent demineralisation of the water thereby the pH at a level of ~8.2 – 8.5 is already balanced in the filling water.
Stable pH & low conductivity
The special resin blend realises an average pH of 8.2 – 8.5 within the capacity range.
During the filling procedure the ion exchange resin removes all the harmful minerals, while lowering the conductivity to comply with VDI 2035 standards.
